Dr Reddy’s Laboratories: Biotechnology company Coya Therapeutics announced a worldwide agreement with Dr Reddy’s Laboratories to in-license the proposed Abatacept biosimilar of Dr Reddy’s for the development of Coya’s combination product for neurodegenerative diseases, COYA 302.

Rail Vikas Nigam: The company on Monday said it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Noida- headquartered infrastructure and renewable firm Jakson Green for clean energy engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects, globally.

HDFC Asset Management Company: SBI Mutual Fund has bought 47.33 lakh shares in the AMC via open market transactions at an average price of Rs 1,600 per share, amounting to Rs 757.4 crore.
