Adani Enterprises: Company’s promoter has created a pledge of 0.76% and 0.99% pledge of Adani transmission and Adani green energy respectively. Pledge has been created in favour of SBICAP trustee. Pledge was made on March 6th.

State Bank of India: Bank has raised Rs 3,717 crore through additional tier-1 bond issuance. The proceeds of this will be utilised in augmenting additional tier-1 capital, overall capital base of the bank and strengthen capital adequacy

Shriram Finance: Smallcap World Fund Inc. acquired the company’s shares worth 2.03 million in a block deal on Wednesday. New World Fund Inc. also acquired 5.07 million shares.

Sovereign Gold Bonds: Series 4 Sovereign gold bond opened for subscription on 6th March, with an annual interest payment of 3.50%. Per unit cost of the bond is Rs 5,561. 10th March is the last date to apply for the issue.
